People and change

Today's topic is something we all tend to deal with.  Some better than others, yet we all fight it.  That would be the subject of CHANGE.
It is totally inevitable that work changes, people in your life change, science changes and thoughts change.  Everything needs to change in life to continue growing.  Notice what I said- "Everything needs to change to continue growing".  What does that tell you?  It tells me I've got to change my habits, thoughts and routines to get better and better in life.

Now if you work for a company that makes radical drastic changes, it can be difficult and I wouldn't blame you for fighting it. There is one key to it though, you can fight it the whole way and blame the company for change or you can get disgusted with your bad attitude toward change.
I've dealt with change in the work place, it took me some time to adjust to the change, I made a decision along the way, that was going to stop talking to people who were complaining about the change.  At this point in my life I'm extremely grateful for sticking with my decision to make a transition.
If you want to be able to change along with the new transition that come into your life you have to spend less time with toxic people who want to hold you back into the old way that things were done.
To improve your habits and routines, get away from those people that tend to hold you back!  That is a very difficult change to make in your life.  There will be a different kinds of people that will enter your life:

1.  People you should spend the majority of your time with.
2.  People you should spend some time with.
3.  People you should spend little time with.
4.  People you should spend as little time as possible with.

Sure sometimes it may be fun to be with people you should as little time as possible with, and that exactly why you spend that amount of time with them.  The people you want to spend time with, give you great excitement about your future, your dreams and they are people you look up to for advice.  Having said what I said, it doesn't mean you should always be around people, yet when spending time with others make better choices.
Will you look like a jerk, when you slowly start fading away from your negative, gossiping friends, probably.  You will make more friends, people that will make your quality of your thoughts so much better.  I can't tell you how to deal with it, everybody deals with people differently.  You've got to make better choices, your whole quality of life depends on it.  I don't know about you, I want better and better all the time.  This means making many changes, the more changes that are made the more chances I'll have to hit that winning path in life.  Do you want the same?  It's only a matter of CHANGE.

Stay motivated
